Meet & Greet

Meet and Greets/Consultations are free and can be done in person or video chat. We require a meeting prior to accepting any service in order to obtain all pertinent information and your pet(s) become familiar with us.

Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds must be made two weeks prior to the service date to receive a full refund or credit to future service dates. Cancellations two weeks or less will only be refunded at 50%. Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable. 

Holidays

Holiday Rates are assessed for major state and national holidays:
$5.00 extra for each daily “drop-in” service and dog walk
$15.00 extra/day for house(overnight)sitting

Payment

A debit/credit card must be on file in your owner Precise Petcare portal. Billing for services occur upon booking. Montly dog walking membership billing occurs on the 25th of each month.

Whom will my pet sitter be?

F & F is a team collaboration. Your pet will get the opportunity to meet more than one sitter. All are trained and experience to provide the care your pet needs.

 Do you board in your home?
We only offer to stay with your pet in the familiar surrounding and comfort of their own home.

What is your service area?

East end Louisville, Germantown, Highlands, St. Matthews, and Oldham County. We service areas out of these, but mileage and fees may be different than listed on site.

Are you insured?
Fur and Feathers is licensed and insured with Pet Sitter Associates and State Farm

Do I have to call to book a service?

Nope! Simply login into your owner PPC portal or create an account at anytime to request/cancel a service and pay all in one place. 

Are you open on Holidays?

Yes! Holidays are our busiest times, so make sure to book within us in advance. 

What type of pet do you care for?

We care for mostly dogs and cats, but also birds, fish, small animals, and reptiles!
