Scheduling a meet and greet is essential to us providing care for your pet(s) ESPECIALLY for daily "drop-ins" and overnight sitting. The Meet & Greet is free and usually takes about 30 minutes. We can do this safely in your home or via video chat. This gives us the opportunity to get familiar with your pet(s), their routines, and any needs you have for your home.

We require all pet owners to create an account. You can conveniently upload all your pet and home specific information, review policies and add payment information. Our sitters refer to your profile when they are caring for your pets. You can download the app on your phone by searching "Precise Petcare" in the Itunes store or Google Play.
3. Request services and pay with your account
Now that you have your account with Precise Petcare set up, you can easily request services. Here you can request, modify, cancel and make payments in order to hold the service dates and times.
Services are not fully booked without payment.
4. Relax, review and repeat!
We will take everything from here! At the end of every service, a sitter will send a "pupdate" with amazing photos of how your pet(s) is doing. We welcome you to submit a review of how we did and when you need pet care again in the future you can easily schedule through your PPC app!

All service requests for first time clients must be submitted two weeks prior to service date. This is to ensure we have availability for a consultation and sitters/walkers.
